We want you to be completely satisfied with your Polina Bright home decor and art pieces. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective tubes or boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
